Frequently asked questions
How do your consulting work and Solvigo OS fit together?
Our consulting work starts with your business and the work you want to improve. Our engineers work with your team to design and build custom software, from a focused workflow to a broader solution across your existing systems. The scope and implementation are shaped around your operations.
Solvigo OS is our own product: a connected system for how a company works. We are developing it to bring the context spread across the business into the work that needs it, so activity in one place can inform what happens elsewhere. As people use it, it learns their ways of working and how the business fits together.
These are two related parts of our offering. Consulting delivers a solution to a specific business need; Solvigo OS provides a shared foundation that can connect work across the company over time. Solvigo Insights turns conversations with customers and teams into findings you can act on. Solvigo LeadGen uses company data and current events to find businesses that fit your customer profile, with relevant contacts and reasons to reach out.
Do we need to replace our existing systems?
We start with the tools your team already uses and examine where information or manual handoffs slow the work down. We then agree which systems need to connect and where a custom solution would make the work easier.
Alongside direct integrations, we build custom solutions with computer use: AI that operates the interfaces of your existing software, using the tools much as a person would. This can support workflows where a suitable API is unavailable, within agreed permissions and approval boundaries.
The right approach depends on how each system works and what access it allows. We test those conditions before implementation and define where human review is needed, so the solution fits your operations.
Where does our data live, and who can access it?
Data handling is part of the design discussion from the start. Before implementation, we agree where information will be stored and processed, which providers are involved and who needs access. The arrangement depends on your requirements and the solution being built.
Retention and any use of data by model providers need to be addressed explicitly. We work through these decisions with your technical and security stakeholders, so the agreed boundaries guide implementation rather than being left to assumptions.
What happens when the AI is unsure or gets something wrong?
AI output needs to be evaluated in the context of the work it supports. We define which tasks can run automatically, where a person must review the result and what should happen when information is missing or an output cannot be trusted. Higher-impact actions need clearer approval boundaries.
Before launch, we test against representative cases with the people who will use the system. Once it is in use, feedback and observed failures help us refine the workflow, with a clear owner for resolving problems.
How does a collaboration start?
We begin with the work itself: how your team operates today, where time is lost and what a useful improvement would look like. Together, we choose a focused starting point and agree the scope, required access and how success will be judged.
Our engineers work directly with your team to build and test against real conditions. You see the solution take shape, and we use that feedback to make decisions before extending it into a larger part of the business.
